My priorities are empowering parents to take an active role in their child’s education, supporting teachers with the tools and respect they need to succeed, raising student proficiency in essential skills like reading, writing, math, citizenship and preparing every student for success—whether in college, trade school, or the workforce. Together, we can create schools that foster excellence, accountability, and opportunity for all.

Shocking Facts

• There is a declining trend in school and student performance. Edmond School district performance has experienced an overall decline of 39.5% in the last 10 years.
• Only 70% of Edmond Memorial High School students are proficient in English, and only 43% are proficient in math.
